Movement is medicine. Strength is for everyone. And this is more than a gym — it's a space to grow, belong, and become your strongest self, inside and out.
With over 10 years in the industry, I've worked with all kinds of people: everyday movers, competitive athletes, kids as young as 10, and pre- and post-natal clients. What they all have in common is they wanted to feel better — and they just needed the right support to get there.
Health and fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. That's why every session is designed to challenge you safely and support you fully — whether we're in the gym together or you're training online.

Whether you want dedicated 1:1 coaching, the energy of a group, or something in between, we've got a format that works for your schedule and your budget.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Your goals, your pace, your program. Each session is built around what you need — strength, fat loss, mobility, confidence, or all of the above. You’ll get tailored programming, nutritional guidance, and weekly body composition scans so you always know exactly where you’re heading and how you’re progressing. This is the most personalised support Coach’z Corner offers.
$80 session (1 hour)

FAST & FIT CLASSES
30-minute HIIT-style class designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling strong.
Fast, fun, and perfect for building consistency when life gets busy.
Choose up to 3 sessions per week from 15 weekly class times.
$25 per week for 3 classes
(Or $15 per casual class)

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
A 60-minute strength and conditioning session for 2–3 clients. Each person receives their own tailored program, technique coaching, nutritional guidance, and weekly body composition scans. It’s a supportive, motivating environment that still gives you individual attention at a more affordable rate.
$40 per person (1 hour)
